Fall Senior+Family Session in Uptown Charlotte

Barritt is officially a graduate of Providence High School (PHS)! He walked across the graduation stage yesterday with many cords and accomplishments around his neck, including PHS Executive Board Secretary and Junior Class President. Serving on the PHS Executive Board is a huge honor and Barritt has been in great company. My current graduates Miller and Brandon both served on the school’s Executive Board too. I’ve been fortunate to photograph a lot of seniors in leadership positions throughout Charlotte. And they all go on to do amazing things. Barritt will be no different. This fall, he will attend Georgia Tech and plans to major in Aerospace Engineering.

During high school, Barritt’s favorite activities were leadership, cross county and track. He was also an active member of Providence’s German Club and Computer Science Club. This summer Barritt will continue bussing tables at Red Rocks, take a backpacking trip to Colorado and hang out with friends.

I love Barritt and his family. They’ve been clients for a long time. In fact, an older picture of Barritt and his siblings is featured prominently at the top of my blog. I guess that means it’s time to update my website ;-). Barritt’s family always brings the perfect energy to our sessions. They love candids as much as I do and we have a lot in common including a shared love of travel, music and the arts!
