This recent high school graduate is ready to take her love of the wilderness to the next level! Sabrina is spunky, passionate, stylish, kind and gorgeous. We had so much fun playing with the tall grasses, natural light and wildflowers of Marvin Efird Park – a setting that could not be more perfect for my nature-loving friend.
From Providence to Washington State University
Sabrina graduated from Providence High School in June. She has spent the last four years making an impact on her community and has been recognized many times for these efforts. As a senior, she was awarded four honors from the National Charity League and a superlative from the International Thespian Society. Her academic honors are impressive as well, as she received a bronze medal on the National Spanish Exam and the Certificat D’Honneur for the National French Exam. But according to Sabrina, her most valuable awards are the invaluable connections she made with teachers. Her favorite memory from this year was spending time with her hysterical AP Biology class and her awesome teacher.
Sabrina is so excited to be attending Washington State University in the fall where she will study Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Sciences. She plans to participate in sorority rush as well as join clubs and continuing her volunteer work.
“I chose Washington State University because I knew it would be the most welcoming and most research intensive school for me. As soon as I got to campus (which was a day before admitted students day), everyone walking to classes was wearing their school gear! This stood out for me because it was a normal day, which meant that everyone really does care about supporting their school.”
Sabrina Ziegler, Class of 2023
Sabrina is taking full advantage of her last summer before college. Her best friend flew in from Texas for a beach trip. She also road tripped with her dad all the way from Charlotte to Pullman, Washington. They spent time together hiking, exploring the outdoors and attending freshman orientation.
I loved spending time with Sabrina and her parents. She is such a breath of fresh air. So confident and so poised. So funny and yet, so serious when she’s ready to slay. I’ve known of her for many years, but had never spent much time with her until this senior session. Sabrina – Thank you for choosing me to photograph you. Your beauty is not hard to capture. Any photographer would be lucky to have you in front of their camera. I’m so honored that it was me. We created some beautiful work together!
