Spring Family Session at Carmel Country Club

Sometimes there is simply no rhyme or reason as to what shows up on the blog next. I feel like I’m always sharing last season and shooting a current season. I still have so many amazing sessions from fall to show you but this year’s spring portraits have been BEAUTIFUL … minus a few unusually wet weekends. If you are on my reschedule list, then feast your eyes on this gorgeous session! THIS magic is what we are waiting for – the gorgeous soft sunlight falling through the trees, pops of color from the flowers and the deep greens and blues of warmer weather. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening during this family session at Carmel Country Club. Carmel Country Club is in the heart of South Charlotte. It’s a beautiful club and is the site of many special events. This night was no different. We worked our way around a wedding and hundreds of prom-going couples, their parents and photographers. You’d never know how busy it was by looking at these pictures. That’s a great thing! I love the grounds at Carmel because there is so much variety. We even incorporated the pool into this family session at the end.
