Baby Cecelia Turns 1 – Charlotte Childrens Photography

Baby Cecelia recently turned 1 and took time out of her busy be-adorable-play-nap-eat-be-more-adorable schedule to mark the occasion with family photos.  It’s hard for me to believe I met her as a newborn 12 whole months ago, then photographed her again at 4 months old, again at 8 months old and now as a big one year old.  It all feels like yesterday and I have so many favorites from my year with this family.  Her 4-month old session really focused on her development and on their mother/daughter bond.  I adored it.  It was warm and sunny for Cecelia’s 8 month old pictures and she wore the cutest monogrammed bonnet. Needless to say, she’s been an amazing little muse and this recent family session was no different. What was different was that dad got to join us so we made THE MOST OF IT. Mom requested that I really focus on the daddy/daughter bond this time. I think we nailed it. She’s totally a daddy’s girl and I love that we captured their connection.

Thank you Yingling family for trusting me with an entire year of important family memories. I’ve loved being with you for every stage of Cecelia’s first year. It’ll be about time for pictures again in February. Surely we can come up with a perfect excuse 🙂
